RockMeadow Riding School Holiday Break Children’s Day Camp December 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2010 Rachel and Deb are having a Holiday Day Camp for Children ages 6 and up.
The cost is just $200.00 per child, and is 3 hours a day. Our campers will learn about the many breeds and colors of horses, as well as the parts of a horse.
We’ll learn about pony care, feed, and bridles.
Campers will receive handouts each day to go along with the topics covered. “Practical Horse Care” classes will be about one hour in length, and will be taught by Deborah Ritchie. Next, we’ll spend about 30 minutes getting the ponies ready to ride.
Rachel Skinner will be the riding instructor, and campers will ride for about an hour.
