NOVICE CLASSES A novice is a horse/pony that has not won a 1st prize in a ridden class before the day of show, to be shown in a suitable snaffle bridle. PLEASE NOTE: All ponies entered in the Welsh, Welsh Part Bred & Mountain & Moorland classes must be registered with their respective breed society & the registration number stated on the entry form Please keep an eye on your ring, some classes may not have many entries & therefore run through quite quickly.
