This includes whilst being prepared to show, warming up around other horses, ponies and children and while being judged.
Stallions are not permitted to be tied to floats, they must be within a steel yard or in float/truck and must be attended at all times. All horses, ponies and where applicable – handlers, must be currently registered with their respective Breed Society and provide proof with an enclosed photocopy with entries and maybe asked to provide paperwork on the day.
Registration certificates/height certificates and Birth certificates are to be available to be produced on request. All breeds run according to the individual rules and regulations of their society.
It is your responsibility to be aware of such rules, and be a current financial member. If an exhibit/exhibitor is dual registered he may compete in all eligible events.
If classes coincide, you must choose which class to enter, as the program will NOT be held up and No refunds will be given. The Pinjarra Equestrian Association Inc and its committee, judges and officials do not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any person whatsoever.
Entry to the grounds is at your own risk. The organizers reserve the right to alter, cancel, delete or refuse entry to any classes on the day. Refunds will only be given with a veterinary or medical certificate provided to the P.E.A within 10 days, less $10 administration fee. Water is available, but it is suggested to bring your own horse water. Handler’s age is on the day. The judge’s decision is final.
Judges are not to be approached under ANY circumstances. All persons on horseback are required to use a registered standard approved safety helmet. Non – members of an EFA registered association are required to take out a P.E.A.competition Membership All handlers must be able to provide proof of insurance cover on the day Competitors only to compete in one ring only for the handler and best presented classes If a Horse/Pony is registered or is able to be registered but registration is not current, it is not eligible for the unregistered class NO DOGS
